How do I install this keeper on driver's exterior door handle?

I just got this door keeper , so I can secure a loose door handle on the drivers side of a 2000 jeep Sahara. How difficult is it
do, what tools might I need? Any other advice, tips. Thank you ,Bluefox

EZPZ, very long nose needle pliers or hemostats. Screwdriver and small hammer to tap in place to tighten.

Ok now I can see how to do this, and I m thinking one keeper is in. So I will follow your instructions and like to thank you for the advice on what tools I will need. So the handle is tight and not sliding back &forth
