In the back corner (farther forward, same side as elec connector), is a plastic tab/tang that you flex downward. Then unscrew. Careful, it's easy to over flex it, then it will not go back to normal position and lock the motor in place.

+1 I replaced mine this way. Pay careful attention to the plug that goes to the motor. Often it gets corroded or burnt from arching. Clean it with contact cleaner and I had to bend the metal contacts a tiny bit to create a tighter fit/connection.
