HP front axle isssues

Recently installed a built high pinion Dana 30 I’m having clearance issues with my skid plate and downpipe from one of my pre-cat pipes, has anyone had the install issues? My thoughts are in a quarter body lift with 1 inch motor mount lift to help clearance exhaust issue and modify skid plate. Does anyone have any advice? Jeep is 2004 jeep Wrangler LJ

How much lift and amount of bump stop are you running.? A small body lift and motor mount lift are always useful and may be of use here.

Agreed we need more info, although looking at the Profile you must already have a lift (running 35’s), so I am a little confused as to why you would have issues with the HPD30. I have a 3” lift, 1.25 body lift, and. 1” MML and no problems with clearance with my HPD30.

By built, I mean it’s been trussed, WJ knuckles, air locker, c gussets. RCV shafts

it has a 3 1/2 inch metal cloak lift, one and a quarter body mount lift a 1 inch motor mount lift and I’m still having clearance issues with the exhaust coming down from the pre-cats interfering with the driveshaft. Also having issues with the drive shaft hitting the oil pan skid plate when the passenger side is fully stuffed
