If it doesnt please let me know, and Ill refund you. I havent heard back from anybody that has used it on an 03+, and there have quiet a few, so thats probably a good sign

A little bit of bad news. I tore into my dash and HVAC box today to replace a leaking heater core. The seal kit doesn't work for for an 05 TJ. The configuration is completely different. I'm not looking for a refund or anything, just passing on the info.

No refund necessary. I was still able to use the seal that goes around the heater lines and AC lines, but I had to butcher it a bit. The foam is super good quality. The drain seal fit well. I used some of the other included foam for the panel vent seal.
The biggest difference with the heater/AC lines seal is that the OEM heater core lines are offset as opposed to one on top of the other. Here's some photos. I'll include photos of the other foam seals as well.

I'm about to dig into my heater box next week. I have a 06 RHD. Unlike the later model left side drive, my HVAC Blower is still accessed through the firewall. I'll bet this will work in my model. I'm going to order it and let you know if it fits!
The RHD HVAC box is an exact mirror of the early LHD HVAC box. The seals will fit, but if they are adhesive backed it will be on the wrong side for a RHD.

Thanks to everyone for keeping this thread alive. I will be pulling the HVAC box in the near future so reading this was timely. I just placed an order for the gasket.
Hey @JonnyJeep I recently replaced my blower motor with a Valeo 790461V and instantly the air flow through my vents was half of what it was with the old blower. Is this the correct motor? I bought it through Get OEM Parts and submitted the vin# for my 06 RHD at the time of sale.
At the time of replacement I saw that the foam cradle under the evaporator was deteriorated and had broken up into pieces. I pulled out what I could and thought parts of it had slipped into the core box and was blocking air flow. I knew My heater core was bad and needed replacement, so I made the plan to pull the box, replace everything, and find the blockage at the same time. Ordered all new stuff from Performance Radiator, evap core, dryer, and heat core, with my RHD vin# submitted. Pulled the dash, cracked the box and quickly discovered no blockage, and that all the parts sent were for a LHD. I cleaned everything up and put it back together with a fresh AC recharged. It's cold, but still no air flow, until you get going 70mph, but not nearly as much air flow as the old blower. Any thoughts?
FYI. All of the seals I ordered will work but one is sticky on the wrong side, nothing a little contact cement won't fix. I used the old seals this time as they came off well, and I'll use the new seals once I get the correct RHD parts for the core box.
Any suggestions for sourcing a new evap core and accumulator drier? Having a hard time finding those.

I've no idea where to get RHD evap parts. I was lucky that the OEM heater core was still available from the dealer, and that a workmates son in law worked there and could get me staff discount.
When I replaced my blower motor it was a cheap part off eBay but the only thing that was available at the time.
Not sure why you'd get such low air flow. Maybe you could see if the connector at the blower motor can be reversed. As it's a DC motor, that would make it spin the other way. If it's wired so it's spinning the wrong way at the moment that might make a difference.

So I researched the part number of the Valeo blower motor that I got and it is the correct part # for a right hand drive. (790461V XJTJRHD) Got it from GetOEMParts and submitted my vin when I ordered. Kudos to them for getting me the correct item! However air flow sucks and I couldn't figure out why. I took off the hood cowl and stuck my phone down the intake to get a video of the blower in action, slow motion of course. After a deep dive on how a squirrel cage moves air and researching used blower motor pictures for sale on Australia Ebay. I came to the conclusion the fan blades were curved the correct direction for a RHD blower however, the motor was spinning clockwise, and it needs to spin counter clockwise to move air into my core box. Part that makes me scratch my head is all the wiring is hooked up as factory spec, reversing the polarity should make it spin the wrong way. But... it fixed it! Blows like a $50 Hoo... never mind. I wonder if the blower had the cage for a RHD but somehow the motor got wound for a LHD. No matter, I'm cool as a cumber now.
