I did not expect anything different from Ford. They are absolute shit to deal with in every aspect. After the deal was done, I had no paperwork since I signed it all here at the house and the salesman took it back and was supposed to get me my copies. That didn't happen. I called and was told to go pick up my copies at the dealer. 2 hours of standing in their showroom later, I left and told them to have my salesman call me when he had them in hand and I could meet him in the parking lot.One has to wonder how/why this is the case so much of the time!
You would think that a Dealership would want to take care of customers and not
constantly be lying to them and pumping B.S.
Glad we all aren't like Dealerships!
