I’m finishing replacing my alternator and idler pulley and the idler pulley is really tight to turn, is this normal when it’s first installed? Also I’m trying to get my alternator out and I took off the positive wire end, the 2 bolts, and the plug and it doesn’t seem to want to come out, I even tried rocking it back and forth. Is there something I’m missing? 2002 4.0
