Idler pulley bolt

Looking for idler pulley bolt specs for 2003 wrangler x, 4.0 with ac, with idler pulley spacer
Idler pulley bearing froze up backed out the bolt while driving, belt destroyed the radiator
I do not have the bolt for reference due to it falling out at 70 mph

3/8-16 x about 2 7/8 tap bolt or more accurately, it is a captive washer SEMS screw.
