Interior floor lights won't turn off

can't get interior floor lights to go off.
any suggestions?

have tried all the obvious.

But no other interiors are on? Mine are all hooked up as one, so i don’t know how yours are turning on separately

Check under the dash where your feet go, there may be a footwell wire connector with no light . Driver and passenger side

yeah I think its fuse number 4 if I remember right.

X2. Pull the number 4 fuse behind the glovebox. If your lights stay on as a result of the doors being off, this is IMHO the best solution. I do it on mine.

You've tried turning the dash light dimmer control down? That's the on switch for the interior lights.

I believe they were part of an option package. Some TJs don't have footwell lights.
