Irritated with jerks (and myself)

In one of my many trips to the DMV, I found myself needing a Bill of Sale filled out and signed by the seller. The gal behind the counter placed the appropriate form on the counter, along with a pen, and said "I've got to go use the bathroom. Do you think you can come up with a Bill of Sale by the time I get back?" Ya just gotta love folks who are willing to work with ya! :D

Ha, most DMV employees aren’t that friendly. Sounds like you found a good one!

I have a really good relationship with the gals down there at that particular DMV. I'm in there so much, that they know me by name. Always "So what Rambler did you drag home this time?" It's the same way at the bank. Yes, everything these days can be done online, but there is a disconnect when you lose the human interaction. I'd rather have the smile from the cute little teller at the bank than the convenience of online banking, but I'm just funny that way. Something of a dinosaur, I guess, with one foot in the tar pit...

I am the same way.....Chase bank around here is going to a single teller and a line of machines in their new branches......then they have at least one person standing there to help you with the machine!!!! I do use online banking but for deposits I need to hand the checks to a person, if she is cute so much the better!
