Is it ok for this tie rod end boot to be squished like this? It’s a zj tie rod end.

As long as there is grease in there....
torqued to spec....

Be careful when greasing. When they are squeezed like that it's hard to know when you have enough grease. 1 extra pump and the boot will separate.
