Is this a stock suspension?

Looking at these pictures I’m assuming that the rear is stock and the front has a spacer to level the suspension. Especially since there are 33 inch tires stuffed under the fenders.

I appreciate the help.

It's almost stock, but someone put some 2" coil spring spacers in there for a bit of a lift.

Stock springs are 12" in the front, 8" in the rear. Any more than that is lift.
