Hey guys! So when I go to start my Jeep the dash lights up but when I go to crank it all the way you hear a click and then the battery dies. I’ve already replaced the starter and checked the battery. Any help or guidance would be appreciated!

How did you check the battery? The two most likely problems with those symptoms are a dead battery or a bad battery connection. And you can't check the battery with just a voltmeter, even a bad battery can measure at or close to 12 volts.
