Hello everyone,
I have a 2004, 4.0, 4 spd auto wrangler. About a year ago over the summer it would randomly shut off at complete stops. It was not every time it was driven, maybe every couple weeks, but then it started to happen more frequently. I have cleaned the IAC, TPS, and replaced the CPS which seemed to get rid of it, or so i thought. The CPS was changed 3-4 months ago and I havent had a issue until today when it died at a red light.... Also, I believe it has always done this on HOT days like 90 degrees and above.
Could this be a fuel pump issue? The jeep has 190K on it if that helps. I am honestly clueless since every answer related to jeeps dying at stops consists of the IAC,TPS, and CPS.
Thanks in advance!
Matt
