Jeep TJ 2006 engine bucking

Hey everybody. I have a 2006 jeep TJ fuel injected. When the engine is cold the jeep revs through the range fine. After she is warmed up, she acts like she bucks at 3500 rpm, no matter what gear I’m in. If I slowly accelerate, she will go through 3500 rpm just fine. But if I’m accelerating hard, she bucks at 3500.
I have a brand new fuel pump, new cam position sensor, fuel lines are clean, injectors are new. I have an evap engine code, but that’s it. Looking to the experts here to help. Thanks.

What's your fuel pressure at? What's it at when it starts bucking? Both Racetronix and Glowshift make 5/16" fuel line QD to 1/8" adapters. You can add a gauge straight to the rail, you can add a Schrader valve to use a traditional tester...or buy something like the Glowshift fuel pressure gauge and mount it on your dash or someplace.

Any live ODB data? A $30 Bluetooth dongle and the free app Torque Lite would help.
