I have a 1998 wrangler. I know in the later years they had plastic trim around the windshield and I have heard that you can make these with the older model TJS with some minor modifications. I just wanted to know what those modifications are as I can’t find them anywhere and want to know what I’m getting myself into before I buy one on eBay.

I would just hold it up in place and see where you need to 'massage' it with a dremel to get it to fit.
