Yeah I agree the price is just a bit outrageous, But it's interesting and looks to be well done.
The only use for that Jeep would be in a parade or as a tour vehicle due to the length.
Even though a lot of money was invested to build that Jeep and the mileage is very low; the seller will need to lose the "1" before anyone will consider making an offer.

I would imagine with it still having the stock 4.0/auto drivetrain that you would need to make an appointment to pull out in traffic.

Guy owns his own roofing business so it seems like he would know how to price something with the market, but I don't know where he did his research for that price. He may just think they're more rare than they really are. I sold parts to a guy with one a couple years back.
