Hey guys, think about purchasing another Jeep TJ. I used to own a 2000 that I bought new but traded it in for a truck back in 08. Never did a lot of work to it though.
Well any way thinking of buying a 04 TJ Columbia 4.0, auto witch sucks. It is a repo that is sitting at the bank my wife works at. 200+ miles on it. Went and looked it over today oil is low but black, trans fluid is a clear red. Little cancer in the normal spots. Frame looks Solid.
Key was locked up so I couldn’t see if it will start or shift into gear. From the looks of it, it was sitting for a while before the repo. Anything you guys think I should take a hard look at? Im hoping to put a bid in for 2-2500. It’s just going to be a fun project for me and my son to do together for the next few years.
