Im not sure of the brand, as i don't remember. I dont need it anymore , since im converting to an aluminum bumper. It sits around 5 degrees crooked when installed. It was like that brand new. Im guessing they didnt really test fit these when they made them. The holes in the plate that mount the holder to the spare tire carrier are widened out to try to fix the crookedness in the holder, but that didnt work and the plate is a little messed up, which is why it is a little cheaper. It was 103 dollars new when i bought it. Nothing is wrong with it except for the plate. I just dont need it anymore and its taking up space.
