Removing phone holder

I have an IPhone holder that I mounted in the little tray in the middle of the dash, it used 2 sided stickers to mount it. I would like to remove the holder but I don’t want to damage my dashboard tray. Does anyone know of a way that can be removed without damage? It is sticking pretty solid in the tray. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Use a section of dental floss or fishing line in a sawing action under the adhesive. Take your time.

if it was me, I'd remove the dash bezel so its easier to work on. get a razor blade started under the pad and use adhesive remover..

Plastic razor blade and goo gone...
NOT "goof off" it has solvents and will trash the plastic.
