I took the seatbelts out to have them reWebbed. Drove the Jeep around the block and wouldn’t drive but again until I had them reinstalled. It was too weird not to have the belt on.

Same goes with motorcycle helmets. Idk how people arent wearing them out on the roads. With my luck the first time i did it, id have a busted watermelon splatted over the asphalt.

Just pointing out that I am alive because I did not have a seatbelt on.

Do I wear a seatbelt?

Yes I do.

I also am very cautious when going offroad.

Any serious off-roading I ride my motorcycle as there is no way to be trapped inside going off the cliff and I always wear a helmet.

Not advocating wearing seat belts or not to. I survived a crash that totaled my CJ-8 because I didn't have one on, rollbar was V shaped where I would have been. My oldest son didn't survive a wreck in a Toyota 4x4 pick up due to wearing his. I wear mine every day, but also say to each their on.
