It means that they have lockers in the front diff, rear diff, and center diff.

So the transfer case is the the third diff? when it’s triple locked what does that equate to in terms of my TJ?
it means they need to be 50% more locked only to be 50% less effective off road

Triple locked is the same as twin locked in our Jeeps basically, because when we engage 4wd the power is sent 50/50 front/rear. The reason that some landcruisers and other 4wd's have a centre diff is because they're full-time 4wd not part-time like our jeeps.
