My LEDs are annoyingly bright. It's a cold, white light. I prefer a warm, yellow light. I'm always worried that they will be just as worthless at night as my OEMs were should I drive in the snow as they aren't heated.
Dry, fluffy snow in sub freezing temps are no problem. You get wet, slushy snow at or just above the freezing point and it can build up occasionally. I’ve used this the last couple winters and it has helped:
