LJ Rubicon in Kentucky

What do you guys think about the price? I'm contemplating an LJ and thought this seemed pretty decent.

Honestly wouldn't mind, but want to trade my truck in and make a TJ/LJ my daily. Plus being a Jeep newbie, I might be barking up the wrong tree.

Assuming it drives straight and is rust-free, I could always consider it. Have a buddy that can help with the heater core and can take things as they come. Then modify to my liking as it looks fairly stock.

What body work? Remove and replace parts? If I had cash to spare right now I would buy it. I would wheel the heck out of it and not worry about it being a $17,000 LJ.

Body looks like it was updated but what about the other components underneath? Need to check if any steering components are bent or shot. Clearly it was in an accident with the salvage title and the airbags both deployed, so depending on the situation it could be a good find or an $8k mistake.

If I had $8k and wanted a LJ Rubi project, I would not consider this one.

You could nearly part it out for that unless the frame and front axle was bent, seems like a decent gamble if someone doesn't mind a potential headache.
