Any ideas on how to pop this lock off? I’m trying to avoid ruining a socket lmk wat u guys think!

If you have access to bolt extractors, they work pretty well.
I used an impact socket on one that came on a trailer I bought. Hammered it on and used a impact gun to remove it then had to use a punch to knock the lock out of the socket,
