I am looking to buy a used Rubicon Express 4.5 long arm suspension kit for a 03-06 TJ. I have a 98, is there any major changes in the 03-06 from the 98 to prevent this kit from mounting up? Thanks in advance for any advise

Make sure the belly skid has both bolt patterns for the frame holes. Also be aware that the later RE belly skid hangs a fair bit lower than the earlier version.

I installed that exact suspension lift on my previous TJ and I wouldn't install another. There's not a bolt-on long-arm suspension worth installing.
The below is a meme that was created from a photo taken by mrblaine of my previous TJ during one if its countless times of hanging its long arms up on the rocks. Not to mention long arm suspensions don't ride any better than shorter arms do if that's why you want a long arm suspension. That's a greatly exaggerated trait, ride quality is determined by shock choice, tire type, and tire pressure.
