New to me jeep cleanup, servicing and rebuild. I have several questions as it’s not the same as the other couple TJ/LJ I’ve had over the years if you guys can help me out.
2. TCM relocate/ bracket/harness question. Transmission (2004 42RLE) TCM had had some issue and a couple codes. I think I haver those taken care of, but with the metal cloak front fenders, TCM, cross bars and wiper res knocking into hood heat shield.
Has anyone been able to move the TCM? The harness is very short and factory bracket is terrible for Re-Fab.
Anyone seen a different bracket? Also the harness and connector are in pretty bad shape. Has anyone lengthened the wiring and moved somewhere else? Any signal problems I should be aware of or disconnecting causing any issue? Any worry about water height/waterproofing and overheating if i put in a box? I’ve seen some others online that look like they are better cased.

3. I broke the small cruise control actuator Vacuum line (LH in photo). Its extremely brittle and has been spliced several times. Looking up in Mopar, its discontinued. Can anyone recommend a replacement line or how to splice well?

Thanks Again!

- Metal Cloak Fenders with 1.25" Body Lift. I currently removed the 1.5” body lift and replacing all mounts as there is a huge gap between metal cloak inner fender and frame allowing a ton of built up gunk and corrosion (Colorado winter salt) all over the engine bay. Metal cloak said they didn’t have a solution or an inner fender with more height. Has anyone used a gasket rubber etc to fill the gap?

View attachment 396712 - (Answered) Replaced radiator hoses with HPS red for whatever reason was fastest to ship. I like them good enough. The removed radiator hose that this spring inside the hose. (I think it was lower hose.) do I need this is the new HPS? It had coolant corrosion all over it and coolant tank has 1/2” of shit in it.
