I replaced the iac and while doing so noticed this hole with threads. Am I missing some type of important bolt here?

If you're missing some type of important bolt, by what I don't see, you seem to be missing some type of important "something" that the bolt was holding in place.
Seriously, though, it's probably for some option your Jeep never had. I don't think you have to worry about it if everything has been working and no CEL is on.
Someone may prove me wrong, if so, you can ignore this thread bumping post.

I'm pretty sure this has come up before and if I remember correctly mine has the same threaded, unused hole.
