Multifunction switch flashers/blinkers not working

I installed a new ( crown ) multifunction switch in my 2006 TJ unlimited. After instillation my e-flashed and blinkers did not work. All the other functions on the switch are working properly. After trouble shooting the problem I noticed that when I was lower the switch into the steering column the flasher worked intermittently, but once it was completed seated into column the blinkers and e flashers did not work. I was original having the same problem with the old switch after I changed the ignition actuators pin and started switch. Any direction will be helpful.

If the new switch and the old switch exhibit the same symtoms, I wouldn't think either of them would be the problem. I'd go back and check out the work you did right before the problem started.
