Multiple misfire codes

I just bought a 2006 wrangler 4.0
Yesterday CEL came on, ran test and 4 codes came up. P300, 301,303,306. I went to store and replaced all plugs and ignition coil. Problem still exists, won’t clear. What’s my next step?? Where do I go from here? Btw, I’m new at this.

I'd start looking for vacuum leaks.

Thanks for responding. I disconnected the battery, reconnected and the CEL is off. I’m a little ticked off, because the plugs and coil seemed new to me. I hope the battery disconnect wasn’t the only fix and I wasted money .
