Mystery Part Under Cowl

I found these loose under the cowl. I presume one for each wiper but I can't see where they go? They are both split. Any ideas?

They were seals on the wiper linkage.

Mine did that too.

It seems there is one part number for the entire assembly, so I guess not available individually?
