Narrowing down vibrations (updated)

So I've been trying to figure out where my vibrations are coming from and this is driving me crazy. Long story short I've narrowed it down to something affected by the rear driveline. I pulled both DS independently and the vibes go away when rear shaft is out. The shafts have less than 200 miles on them and are from Tom Woods. My rear pinion is about half a degree lower than the rear shaft angle. Also to add, I've adjusted the pinion up, down a few times with no difference in vibes. So I'm not sure what to trouble shoot from here. I can feel it in the steering wheel, seat, tub.. pretty much all around. How likely are the chances that my new DS is causing the issue? It can be, try installing it 180 over and if the vibe showed up when you got the shaft, i’d talk to TW

I'll definitely give that a try. My Jeep was in my garage for months while I changed out suspension, swapped in Dana 44's, new driveshaft, brakes, wheels, tires, etc before I drove it... So all I can say for certain is that the vibes stop when I remove the rear DS.

Okay update... Pulled rear shaft and went for a FWD test drive and confirmed no vibes. Attaching a video of output shaft of transfer case... What's your opinion of what's going on there?
