Need lug nuts

Gotta replace the lug nuts. I currently have Gorilla spline locking ones.

I see that Quadratec has their own brand now. I also see that Mcgard, USA made, are pretty popular.

Any suggestions? What are you guys running?
 
Just replaced mine this weekend. I'll be monitoring them closely to ensure they stay tight.

Any problems with using the key for the locking nut? With that type, I’m assuming you wouldn’t want to use an impact?

No issues at all. I use an impact to remove them, and to snug them up. The locking ones are probably closer to 8 years old as they were on my old Jeep when I bought it. I bought the Mcgard lug nuts for the old Jeep as most of the stupid chrome covered ones stripped out. I kept them all when I bought the TJ and sold that Jeep.
