The guy in the video is a liar. This is not a 20 minute job. Leaving the seats in on the front? Maybe if your arms are 6 feet long and you are double jointed, otherwise, they need to come out.
All the rear seat bolts are stripped, and the PO used whatever bolts he had in the garage to bolt the seats in.
One of the fronts is stripped out and another one is iffy. The rear seat bolts are easy enough, not sure what I will have to do to replace the front bolts.
I did the rear Bedrug yesterday. It fit nicely with minimal trimming. I laid down a 1/4" non-slip rug pad under the bottom piece since I did not cut out for the tiedowns.
I put down Kilmat on the toe boards and hump, then a thin piece of foil backed butyl to seal the seams. It started raining so I had to quit today, I need the Jeep drivable tomorrow, so I will finish up Friday.
The Bedtred will need some trimming and a heat gun to get a proper fit. I am disappointed in the Bedtred. It should come up on the sides so it acts as a floor liner. Dirt will find a way under it and it is a PITA to install/uninstall to clean under it.
