No power to fuel pump

Im am new to jeepin general however i own a 97 sarah 4.0 . My engine will crank and crank but wont start. I have found there isnt any power to the fuel pump. All relays for the fuel pump have been replaced. Do you guys have any ideas?

Have you checked the fuse?

Yes. The fuse is good also

Did you check the ASD relay?

I see where the asd relay plugs in. However it doesn't look like there has been anything plugged in there in a long time. This jeep was given to me by my father in law. It wasnt running when i got it. Is it possible for the jeep to run without that relay. Or did it get pulled before i got it and wasn't returned

It isn’t going to run without it. How long has this been sitting? When was the last time you drove it or heard the engine running?

My father in law ran it a couple months ago. I guess ill put the relay in and see what happens
