Sucks to be back with another thread so soon, but I recently rebuilt my transfer case, and pulled the speedo gear out to notice the whole housing was broke, besides the point…. I bought a new speedo gear housing, and the o ring leaked brand new, I tried to replace with crown O-rings, they leaked too.. I have gone through 3 of them and none fit, but here’s the catch… the leak only happens after long drives. Anything over 20-30 mins in 115 degree weather.
