Well it's been almost 3 years but I finally installed the passengers side. But I did use all nutserts. Didn't realize I was supposed to use bolts. Where they were accessible.

Now it better not take me three years to do the corner guards and driver's side.

oh man do i hate wiring,

since the engine swap i’ve had a spaghetti mess of wiring from the two different harnesses, the engine harness which is stand alone and the chassis harness that i need to power lights, hvac, etc.

i have all the equipment in Alaska in my trailer to make it one harness. just haven’t had the ten days minimum required to go get said trailer. even lost a $1000 deposit hiring a company to bring the trailer to the lower 48.

so after 6 years of driving or 6000 miles the fan has shorted somewhere and is now popping a fuse. which is why i haven’t been taking out much.

the grumblings at work have gotten louder, We have 8 Helicopters instructors and i believe come April it will be down to 3

Started the corner armor.

since i didn’t watch the install thread i will be having a gap between the corner and rockers. doesn’t bother me any way as long as the gap is parallel and not closing.

utilizing a roll of carpet vinyl to protect the paint it got. a lot of scratches on the install of the rockers.

clamping from the back first so i get good alignment. the side clamping.

I’ve got 4 C clamps on there right now. should have a bunch of locking clamps coming from Acme tools over the next few days.

2 x of 2” 4” 6” then 1x 12” and 1x 18”

along with a bunch of new safety glasses. kinda want to still maintain eyesight As i get older

i was able to pull most of the dent out when i installed the Rockers,

an idea how to keep mud and muck from getting in to this gap?

Velcro so you can put them back on
