So after my TJ 4.0L gets warm the oil gauge drops to zero and all the bells and whistles go off.
Cold start is fine, with a mechanical gauge it hits 30psi on start up. Drive it for 10 minutes, stop, the oil pressure drops. Touch the throttle, idle up, all is normal. We replaced the oil sender, no change. So not a sensor problem, ????? maybe an oil pump issue. Has anyone else had this issue? Jeep spec says 13psi at hot idle is the minimum. Mine, without any bells or whistles hits 10psi. Must be lower when the alarms sound.
