P0320 and P0302 after mudding

I have a 97 wrangler and took it out mudding a few weeks ago and had my check engine light come on with codes P0320 P0302? Should I start by changing the plugs and wires? And checking the coils

Is the engine running rough or misfiring, or are the codes simply present but the engine is running fine?
