P0351 Code

All I am a new member and appreciate any feedback that can help with my problem. I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 and my daughter turned it over about a month ago (she is OK thank God). Originally would not turn over so took plugs out and blew out all of the old oil. Changed oil and plugs. It started up but running horribly with multiple misfire codes and P0351 Ignition coil primary secondary. So here is what I have done over the past month:
...Run seafoam with every gas fill up
...changed ignition coil
...did compression test on each cylinder and they all passed
...did fuel pressure test and did well
...changed fuel injectors thinking they may have been clogged or fowled up when upside down
...still P0351 and multiple misfire codes - went to Autozone and they agreed to give me a new ignition coil just in case it was a bad product - did not help
...changed crankshaft position sensor - still didn't help
...all along the jeep has run a little bit better, but still missing badly.

So now I am at a loss on what to do. Considered the computer module replacement, but that's $350 and don't want to do unless sure its that. have not had the timing checked but probably will do this week. Anyone else had similar issues please let me know. Thanks in advance.

About the only additional thing I can think of that you haven't done yet is to replace the camshaft position sensor. It's up on the stalk that the distributor used to sit on. And perhaps a connection or two got knocked loose, I'd disconnect and reconnect every one you can find in the engine compartment, including the three big connectors at the bottom of the PCM.

And if you replace the camshaft sensor DO NOT replace it with a sensor unless it's an OE Mopar sensor, otherwise you'll have issues.

This talks about vacuum leaks. Maybe check the wires where they go onto the plugs. Also spray some brake clean or propane around intake and vacuum hoses to see if hoses leak or intake does from the rollover....KB.
