So my 2005 LJ was throwing an error for the Camshaft Position Sensor with a check engine light.

I replaced the sensor with a brand that didn't work, so I then replaced it again with the NAPA branded one.

Worked great for about 100 - 125 miles, and then today the check engine light came back on.

No longer have the "bucking" from the camshaft position sensor error, but now I have error codes P0700 and P1775 that I didn't have before.

Assuming this is all related somehow? Anyone have any suggestions on where to begin here?

Thanks in advance for the help.

P0700 is a Malfunction has been detected in the transmission control module
P1775 is the transmissions solenoid switch for the torque converter is latched

There is a known problem on the 05/06 ECM; the transmission control module inside the ECM (Computer) circuitry goes bad.
