Parking brake shoe replacement

My parking brake shoe is completely disintegrated and non existent, and I am unsure on the process of replacing it. Could anyone elaborate on the process of this or link a decent write up?

Did you figure anything out? I have a similar issue. These two things were just kind of in the brake drum and not really sure how they go back together.
