Passenger Seat Belt Retactor

I have a 2006 TJ, I was cleaning out the jeep the other day and noticed the cover to the passenger front seat belt retractable part off and the pieces to it. So the seat belt goes in and out but nothing to latch if a wrecked happened. Can I just get that part and screw it on or do I need to buy the whole seat belt retractable part?

I will add 2 photos. One missing the part. And other showing the colorful parts I am missing.
