I'm putting the 32rh back in my 99tj where the po had installed a 42rle for some reason. 42rle has a different flexplate so I bought a parts store flexplate. I'm annoyed that one of the tq converter bolt hole is slightly off. I can get 3 bolts in. The last one is maybe a half a bolt width off. Thoughts on slotting the holes? I think the torque converter nose fitting into the crank should center the converter. Slot or take the flexplate back?

If they didn't get that right, what else is wrong? Find a good used on eBay.
