So, I’ve notice some slight hissing from my engine bay and when monitoring my MAP I’m maxing out InHG around 12! And this is at Highway speeds. I’ve gone over every vacuum line that I can find and replaced them all. I’ve sprayed (in a controlled manner) brake clean and water throughout the entire engine bay. The only spot I’ve noticed is around my exhaust manifold. I would spray around this one bolt and hear an idle change. That very well could be the issue because the air might be coming into a cylinder unmetered and making a hissing sound. I bought a OE exhaust manifold and as most of you all know it’s just a bunch of Chinese crap. I had to grind down some of the ears so it would sit flush between intake and exhaust. I have about half the conical washers, a 1/2 hole someone has drilled to try to extract a bolt and 3 stock exhaust manifold bolts.

Where can I find new hardware (Conical Washers as well) with the correct sizing?

Where can I find new bolts that go into the block for the left and right (2.5l)? The a E-Torque Bolts

How should I replace that last hole on the furthest right towards the Firewall?

Napa or any real A/P store used to carry conical washers for manifolds. I bought them for a 300/6 a while back. If nothing else try McMaster Carr for hardware.

You can replace the E torks bolts with replacement bolts of the appropriate size and thread pitch.
The broken bolt can be removed by welding a nut to the remainder of the bolt. The heat should loosen the broken bolt and the nut will allow you to turn out the broken piece. If you do not have access to a welder; then drilling and an easy out would be your next recommendation.
