That is the eeriest thing to see...damn near post-apocalyptic...What a tragedy.

Holy cow... Are there even any mailboxes left to put the mail in?

Yes...right down here in Santa Rosa.

The people that use to live there asked the post office to please deliver mail to what ever mail boxes were still standing. That was a crazy fire. I had two sisters that had to evacuate. For almost a week they couldn't get back in to see if they even had a home left. Fortunately when they were allowed back in.....both their homes were still standing.

Few weeks back I went to Puerto Rico after the Huricane Maria hit the island and saw the Postman delivering mail to any mail box that still has its door in place even it's the same was crushed by fallen trees or tree branches. Call my attention but I didn't ask if it's mandatory.
