What about the windshield wipers and headlights? Any suggestions?

Blinkers, headlights, wipers & highbeams are all on the multifunction switch. That's why they call it a mmmmmultifuntion switch.

All that said, this is on a TJ. And most advice you'd get on a TJ forum would be related to a TJ.
A 2012 is not a TJ.
