Purchasing: Hardtop wiper motor

The wiper motor on my 99 TJ struggles to go down, but if you lift the wiper up it goes up just fine. Does anyone know what i need to replace, and if I can replacement parts?

I can't seem to locate a new wiper motor from any website or eBay.

That part I did.. the hard part is actually finding the part. None of those are for the TJ hardtop.

I've tried the same exact thing with no luck of finding the actual hardtop motor. If you took 5 more seconds looking all those are for the fronts or a different type of motor that doesn't say it fits.
