Questions about re-gearing and adding lockers

I paid $1400 for 4.11 gears and the install with news bearings and whatnot, actually it's getting done while I type this. The labor was probably near $1000 just to install it, I certainly wouldn't want to pay the install twice which is why I bit the bullet and paid about $900 for the Detroit Truetracs too. May as well just cry once. The Detroits only cost what the labor would be to install the gears again later.

Revisiting this as it's almost Black Friday and I'm going to buy. I started a new thread and forgot about this but I'll ask quickly here.

I have a guy who was referred to me and is 50 bucks an hour (Canadian). Licensed mechanic and does highway big rigs. He has worked on jeeps for fun for like 25 years. I was referred to him. So revisiting is not brutal price wise.

4.56 front (dana 30) and back (dana 40). I'm going to throw a LSD in the back and open carrier in the front.

Down the road, putting an LSD or a full control locker in the front, won't be too big a job? Then I already have the gears?

Also does gear brand matter much? I mean it's laser cut metal. Should I go Yukon $800 or Motive $640. Haven't heard anything bad about Motive.

Update.

4.56 gears are in and doing highway speeds are WAY easier now.

I'm at about 3k rpm doing 110kmph (68mph). Feels much strong. I think my fuel consumption may have gone up a bit..
My speedometer is brutally off. But I just bought a new speedo gear online and it should be here before too long. Don't want that odometer going way up for nothing.
Glad it's(almost) all over.

Edit: I paid 525CAD (398 USD) for the install and I didn't even supply the diff fluid. I'm happy with that. The gears and all cost me around the same (black Friday purchases).
