Over the weekend I acquired a Rampage fastback style softop, heavily used, For 80$. it has a tear and is in bad shape, however, I also got door surrounds, and the header bar for it. The TJ I took it off was a newer model (05 I think) and I have a 99 I have had a lot of trouble getting the header bar to seal.
Every time I tighten down the bolts the entire bar rotates back, angling itself about 30 degrees back creating a large gap between the windshield and the header bar. I don't have a clear picture however in the picture below you can see the gap, it leaks pretty bad like this given there isn't much of a seal.
