Still a newbie and need help identifying this leak. Noticed some dampness near the front axle end (drive side only). Is this common, and does it need immediate attention?

Over the weekend I acquired a Rampage fastback style softop, heavily used, For 80$. it has a tear and is in bad shape, however, I also got door surrounds, and the header bar for it. The TJ I took it off was a newer model (05 I think) and I have a 99 I have had a lot of trouble getting the header...
